About Wayne

    Continuing a family legacy that began in 1911, Wayne Rose is a fourth-generation real estate broker who traces his love of the industry back to his great-grandfather's roots in home building, brokerage, insurance, and even travel services.

     

    Wayne's journey took a unique turn in 2015 when he decided to focus his energy on sales rather than office management. After earning a Business Management Degree from Palm Beach Community College, he honed his skills through multiple training programs. As a result, he holds several National Association of Realtors certifications and designations, from Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Military Relocation Specialist to Pricing Strategy Advisor and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.

     

    For over 30 years, Wayne has been a stalwart ally in the real estate arena. His passion for houses began in a high school carpentry program and developed further while working with home improvement contractors - enriching his understanding of the ins and outs of homes.

     

    Wayne's success lies in his dedication to local markets, where his in-depth experience and knowledge include selling single and multi-family properties, condos, co-ops, commercial properties, warehouses, and even vacant land. His fairness, honesty, and commitment to managing expectations have earned him the confidence of his clients. As a result, Wayne clinched the top sales volume for the Long Island, NYC, and Lower Hudson Valley Region while working for his family's CENTURY 21 office.

     

    Beyond the office, Wayne is a globetrotter, water enthusiast, and certified diver who enjoys spending time outdoors. He is also an automotive enthusiast.
